Many Best Wishes to the entire Nation on the Birthday of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. On his 136th birthday the best gift which we could give him is our determination that in this New Year we will all strive to fulfill our true ideology as a peaceful and prosperous Nation.

So tsunami of change has arrived in Karachi. We all had serious apprehensions regarding the safety of this humongous political gathering by Tehreek-e-Insaaf in Karachi but thankfully it all turned out to be safe and peaceful.

We frequently curse this darkness of insecurity, turbulence, economic downfall that is prevalent in our country these days but actually we should be profoundly thankful for this darkness, because until we have truly experienced darkness we would not know what is light.

If all had been continuing in below average conditions of law and order or economics we would have never opted for different choices in our leadership, it is when we went down the hill we have to wake up. We need to wake up as a nation from the deep slumber of ignorance.

And let me tell you something which I have learned, that this world is like a screen which shows us what we project onto this screen. If we see someone as bad, angry, greedy, jealous, terrible or immoral person and it affects us acutely somewhere in our being then it is our own inner darkness which is reflected back to us, and that person is only acting as our mirror image.

Similarly if we see someone as magnificent, dynamic and honest then it is also our own magnificence and integrity which is reflected back to us. 

What we see and appreciate in Imran Khan is our own light which is reflected back to us through him. Now the whole point is that how long We all are able to hold this light of hope and peace within us.

I don’t have personal idolization of any one person but what I am desiring like millions others in this country is a change to peace, prosperity, equality and justice for all.

With all the prayers for a blossoming motherland.

Show stealing speech by Javed Hashmi & Imran Khan.

We were present there and I think all who love Pakistan & trust on the leadership of Imran Khan should be present in such public gatherings to show their support & power. After all its a breeze of positive change:)

After fighting with an alien cat in my dream, I am awake at 1.30 am. It all is followed by a futile effort of building a sleep pattern of 9.30 pm to 6 am. Alas, not all wishes come true at once. No problem I will keep on working. Being a really smart gal I have messed up with my sleep-wake cycle long ago, and today when I accidentally opened Rujuta Diwekar’s video on cortisol on my facebook page- I realized what has been going on with me.  For all of you who are not aware that I am a distant relative of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Rujuta is the link who tied  Kareena and me  together.
