Allhumdolillah! I am at a much better place since my last post with series of lab tests, utlrasounds, a mammogram and some other really scary tests, and a gut wrenching anxiety of results. I am doing well thankfully everything was clear except low iron levels with vitamin d3 deficiency. These deficiencies are now on their way to recovery. It is worth noting that I have been struggling with intense brain and physical fatigue since 2019 but not a single doctor was able to identify my problem. Once somebody is diagnosed with depression or anxiety then every health issue they complain about is looked from the psychological lenses. Nobody asked me to check iron, vitamin b12 or vitamin d3 deficiencies even my mum who is a dermatologist always assured me that I am fine and this weakness is just a phase. It was a phase alright, it engulfed almost 8 years of my life pushed back my career and research ambitions. This is not the case alone with me but there are many people who silentl...
Every human being on the planet
wants to be happy. Anything that anyone desires is because they think their
desire will make them happy. Whether it is health, money, a loving
relationship, material things, accomplishments, a job, or anything at all, the
desire for happiness is the bottom line of all of them.
But remember that happiness is a
state inside of us, and something on the outside can only bring fleeting
happiness, because material things are impermanent.
Permanent happiness comes from
you choosing to be permanently happy. When you choose happiness, then you
attract all the happy things as well. The happy things are the icing on the
cake, but the cake is happiness. By Rhonda

If we think about it, it is so
true that the bottom line of all our hard work, our efforts or anything that we
toil for is ultimately, to be Happy. We spend most of our lives praying for
different things and people to come to us when the only motive to have anybody
or anything is to be happy.
What if we change our line of
action; rather than praying to get so and so we directly pray to be happy, to
have true joy in our lives. Then anybody or anything which would give us that happiness
shall automatically come into our life.
We humans have such limited capacity
to know what is good for us. Most of the time we get obsessively attached to
certain things because we believe with our limited mental capacity that certain thing or person or experience
would make us happy.
We tell God to give us X then we also outline for Him all the ways to
get to X. It is so funny that we tell
God how to be God.
With best wishes.....
